It is available is america, however there are quite a few differences.

It's available at Sprint, and only there, and it's 249.99 with a new contract.

it has the touch flow 3d screen, just like it's uk version, just adapted to sprints menus.

it's thicker than the uk version and the back is rubberized, and the center key can now zoom where as the other version can not.

over all it's a nicer better well rounded phone, just fatter.
