How to shoot 4x5 film handheld?

    for maximum handhold ability...
    other than...
    razzledog and other 110b conversions
wista RF (which isn't that handholdable...) (or linhof or crowngraphic)

    Any other options?

If you are using a 4x5 speed graphic, there is a handle on its side that allows you to do that. Since you will be using the rangefinder to focus your images, they should be tack sharp

If you are talking about a 4x5 view camera, then your question is just silly or you have never used one.
