Thread: How do i get game files from my computer to my PDA?

I have a tungsten w, that uses a cradle when connecting to the computer. I plug the PDA into its cradle, then press a hot sync button. (the cradle is connected to the computer with a USB port)

I have downloaded the game to my computer, but how do i tell the computer which file to sync to the PDA?
