...heads-up display for a phone or PDA? A nice option would be with a finger operated wireless mouse worn as a ring which could be used to interface with the screen. Truly mobile computing, but not to be used whilst driving!

Wouldn't it be nice if you could get away from things for a while, why would you want to be in constant communication 24/7....don't ask your question too widely or someone may invent such a device......

You could research prototypes for devices. I know about the coffee table computer but I never heard of that one.
