I have a few questions..
1. Best young players that will be the star in the future
2. Best signing in early of the game

3. Which stats/skills we should see 1st when we wanted to sign players?

The answers will really depend on which team you manage. Sometimes you have lots of money and buy the best players.

1. Best young players include Davide Santon, Lauri Dalla Valle, Mario Balotelli, Ignacio Camacho, and Dzagaeov (can't remember how to spell his name, but he's from CSKA Moscow).

2. Srna really is a must buy in the beginning of the game, but he won't leave cheap. You'll have to fork out at least 12 million pounds. Yury Zhirkov, Vagner Love and John Obi Mikel are also pretty good buys if you have the money. If you're playing a patch that doesn't have
Huntelaar in Real Madrid, then buying him would be an awesome buy too.

3. The stats you look for really depend on what type of player you're looking for. For Center Backs you need good Marking, Tackling, Heading and Concentration. Fast Strikers like Torres or Robinho need Pace, Finishing and Dribbling. Target Strikers like Bendtner or Crouch would need good Heading, Finishing and Strength. Wingers would need pace, acceleration and crossing. Corners would also be preferable for them. Midfielders would need a mixture of everything really, but the most important may be Passing, Long Shots and maybe tackling for the defensive ones. Every player, not only center backs, need high concentration to be good players.
