I would say LG. I am very found of the QWERTY keyboards. LG seems to produce a lot of those phones. They produced the Voyager and Env. Their phones have a slick and unique design. The features rock! I have owned 3 LG's. The one I am previously using (VX5200) is awesome. It's been through alot (water damage and dropping it on concrete). Still holds up.
