I created a new user and he has a brand new mailbox on exchange, and i added him to the BES, he starts monday and I went to activate his BB 8830 it hangs and then says it cannot contact the server, see administrator.

I removed and re-added the user. I also activated myself on the phone just to verify it was able to be activated. So it has to be a problem with his account somehow I guess.

I am new to this stuff so bear with me. But i have been working with it all day and I am in a remote location, and I need to have him up and running by Monday.


ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
