Can a smartphone, such as a Palm Treo, be used as a mobile phone jammer?
If suitable signals were sent to the antenna, could it be used to jam mobile phones. Is any software available to do this. If this would not work in principle, why not?

I'm not interested in the legality or ethics of this. Interest is purely academic. If you do not know the answer please do not reply.
