i broke my scoop. wondering if i buy a perl or somthing off ebay, will i be able to use it with alltel without having to sign up for the smartphone plan? i have unlimited txting, if that matters. i know AT&T says as long as u have unlimted txting, u can use any smartphone. but i am wondering about alltel.
