Best PDA for RN student/new RN - Medical PDA?
I'm looking for a PDA that isn't too expensive (heaven forbid it falls into a full bedpan), isn't a phone, and can easily download freeware medical programs such as drug, & lab guides, dosage calculators, nursing dx/interventions, and diseases & disorders. I have seen on similar questions HIPPA was brought up. I won't be putting in pt info, and don't know why anyone would, so it's not an issue. My facility allows us to use them. What have you tried, what have you been happy & unhappy with? Lay it all out to me! I'm not the most technically inclined, so I'd like to hear some personal experiences.
