The Best PDA Phone for me ? ?

I want to buy a PDA Phone that is closer to the HP iPAQ series of PDAs or any other PDA like that, i don't want to buy it from AT&T because i don't want to buy the plan so i think i should get an unlocked phone. Plus it should have a touch screen,also able to but my PEPID programs into it and good media options ( mp3 player, etc) . I would prefer for wi-fi but if it isn't than thats ok.
