Where to buy a [new] unlocked smartphone?

A Samsung Omnia i900, specifically. The first group of Windows Mobile 7 phones was announced yesterday. And, I'm not too happy. I'm an avid user of the handwriting recognition/draw function of Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro. And, I don't see one stylus. And, I never saw, or heard, one word on handwriting recognition in months of following the 7 release previews. Since I'm totally satisfied with my Samung Omnia, Verizon phone [except the price of service], I was thinking of buying the unlocked GSM international version, and switching to T-Mobi, or ATT. The seller I trusted in the past, AddictedToPhones, vanished from existence, as far as I can gather yet. I'm looking for a legit seller. And, service, warranties, insurance, and contracts with carriers, would be great, too.
