Netbook/ tablet pcthat can be handheld or held in the crook of my arm?

My work requires running around diffrent offices and almost constant access to a pc with web access.

I have a netbook, but I need a computer (way to carry around a netbook) or somthing.

Setting up a laptop 20 times a day is just annoying.
