Why do Indians talk funny ?

My boyfriend is part Indian. He's really shy he doesn't do well with people. He speaks Indian half the time I can't understand what he is saying. I sometimes laugh at him because I think he's talking funny no offend but I think Indian talk is kind of weird. He can only speak two words sometimes a full sentence but not very often. I could never really understand Indian talk very well. I still love him an I want to spend the rest of my life with him but I just think he talks kind of weird. Why do indians talk different ?

Its not appropriate for all Indians. I think its a language problem of your boyfriend.where do you live...?
