I'm a bit late, but seconding the NTY recommendation. I recently 100% it and I think the unlockable POV dialogue of the characters (along with other unlockable text) makes it really interesting to do multiple run thros.

Also, I could be wrong, but I don't think there are any english translated 18+ otome games? (at least none I can think of off the top of my head) If anon can read moonspeak, there are quite a few fantastic games I could recomend. Its a shame there doesn't seem to be much interest in the fantranslating community for the genre right now...

Also plenty of otome games are translated into Chinese, if that's helpful to anyone.
