Question about Blogging and Webhosting.

I have created a blog using iweb, but I have no idea where to host it. Ideally I would like to have ads on the site, but I also don't want to spend a lot of money on it.

Any help or suggestions would be very appreciated.

Have you looked at googles blogging site. Free of charge and simple to set up.

I haven't. I am in China right now, for about the next six months, and I am not sure if I can even access that site. But I will check it out.

I would suggest you to host your blog with the provider 9cubehosting.com at very reasonable cost . You can select any of the hosting plan that which meets your requirements .
