I just started doing Taekwondo and my school isn't a dreaded watered down McDojo, its tough so I always work up a good sweat. My aunt just gave me an Ab Lounge that she didn't ever use. I was thinking of using it Monday, Wednesday, and Friday along with Taekwondo on Tuesday and Thursday.

First of all, can TKD help me burn a little fat? I'm in shape but not like really ripped or anything. Secondly, can I drink Whey after class or is that a bad idea? Third, does the ab lounge work? And how long generally does it take to see results?
