Opinionated essay topic ideas?

The general theme given is that it is supposed to be based around your 'sacred space', whether it is a physical location or somewhere in your mind.

I am trying to think of a topic which has something to do with horses, because I am a competitive horse rider, but am having difficulties trying to tie it to a 'sacred space'. I'm open to ideas that aren't horse related. It is supposed to be an opinionated essay, so I'm wondering how the heck to make it based on a 'sacred space'.
