lets see I enjoy:
Inuyasha (Just a plain great show, Miroku makes me laugh.)
Trigun (a Western style anime, whats not to love?)
Kenshin (one of the coolest shows in history)

FLCL ( Though i still stare at the screen confused at the end of every episode I like it!)
Beebop (another just plain cool show)
Tenchi Muyo (weird as all hell but its funny)

one piece is good, but the english dubbing makes it nearly unwatchable. yakitate japan is pretty funny, and monster is probably the most interesting intellectual style anime i've seen. paranoia agent was pretty crazy too. berserk is also really good, one of my favorites, even though the manga really puts the anime to shame. most of the stuff everyone else said was good too, i just didn't want to repeat anything

shura no toki is a good anime based on miyamoto musashi, anyone know any good manga ?? lone wolf and cub is amazing

as far as manga goes, berserk, gantz, gto, and naruto are all top of the line. there are way too many good mangas to list, but those four are the best i can think of off the top of my head.

I was looking for another One Piece fan in this thread, and when I find one it's the terrible dubbed version Please please please go to Kaizoku and watch the original version in a nicely subtitled form!
