Sorry, I couldn't find the pre-patched game or the original game of it.

These are all the 18+ yaoi games I know that has been translated into English.
As I don't play yaoi games often so I can't really tell you if they were good or not. I am sure there are others who have played some of the games above and might be able to give you a brief review on it.

Uh well, I've played a few, so here's my opinion if anyone needs some:
1. Suki na Mono wa Suki Dakara Shouganai!! First Limit => Haven't played, no comments. Art doesn't suit my taste.
2. DRAMAtical Murder Series => Yep it's good. Good art good plot good characters development. Just enough amount of 18+ scenes too (other games tend to go over the edge with the "H" thing).
3. Togainu no Chi => Pretty dark, but hey, a (good) plot.
4. Hadaka Shitsuji => Please don't. I don't even.... like srsly if you have time to waste and a pervert-enough brain then yeah go with it. But if not then meh...
5. Lamento => same as Dramatical and Togainu, a nice game.

I liked Hadaka Shitsuji. But yeah it's really for sadists. Most of the "good" endings made me sick. The only good ending I could tolerate was the one with the boxer dude. Normal endings for the win.

Hadaka Shitsuji was creepy for me. I like yaoi hot and sexy games, but this one was too freaky and sadistic. Tomoaki is insane.... The normal or so called bad ends were the TRUE ENDINGS in my mind. Requesting Princess Battles with the new art, please. Thanks!

To the poster requesting 18+ yaoi recommendations, I have a few that I've played and enjoyed: Absolute Obedience, Bacchikoi, Coming Out On Top, DRAMAtical Murder, DRAMAtical Murder Reconnect, No Thank You, Silver Chaos, Silver Chaos Fanbox, Sleepover, Sukisho and Togainu no Chi. I also have Enzai installed but haven't played it yet. I did try Hadaka Shitsuji, but the sadisticness of the protaganist made me head-desk so much I've got a permanent dent in the middle of my forehead. Same with Sweet Pool. I mean, it's got shite monsters. Da fuq were they thinking? No. Just... NO. Now, a yaoi game I'm actually looking forward to playing is Lamento -Beyond the Void-. As soon as its english translation comes out, I'm gonna be on that like white on rice!

I can't wait for Lamento too! I played most of the games that CWolfe mentioned. Sweet Pool is a NO NO for me cause it was weird...O__O

Hadaka Shitsuji, No Thank You, and Sweet Pool are easily the best English BL VN available. Granted they're very dark/mature titles and range from very silly to depressing, respectively. Though do not take Hadaka Shitsuji seriously (it's just a porn game! guys get this kind of stuff all the kind, it's called nukige) and you'll have a good time.
