Thread: NOKIA LUMIA 800 VOICEMAIL HELP?

I have 2 voicemails that I need to listen to on my Nokia Lumia 800, however whenever I call anywhere, including voicemail, my phone screen goes blank, i can't unlock it, I can't get the keypad up, I can't do anything and if I want to end the call, I have to wait until the other person does or turn my phone off.

How can I listen to my voicemails when I can't use the keypad as soon as I ring somewhere?
Is there a number I can type in to instantly listen to them or do you HAVE to go through the '1 press one to listen to your messages, press 2....etc"
