hi. they were their one day, not the next. i have not updated or changed settings in between.. its not even been charged. most of the music was on memory card, with 3 songs on phone memory. on my memory card there are no songs showing but what is, is loads of bgsa files which seem to relate to the missing mp3 files.these were not on here when i previously looked for and played my mp3 files.
So
1.can you help me get my music back...some songs personal, and i cant redo them...please
2. how can it happen. i would understand if i had been messing with settings restore etc...but seriously nothing out of ordinary happened.
