Nokia 3650 Error Logo? HELP!?

hi there. i have a nokia 3650 but i have a slight problem which is worth 10 points if i get a correct answer. I will send you a link of this strange logo which i drew myself, but it looks very similar. This logo is located on my background just below the battery sign.
How do i get rid of it? How do i deactivate it?
