...phone software. how can i do it? i have nokia 7210 supernova and it has been effected by virus. my phone book is not opening and some files are also corrupted. i have updated my software using nokia pc suite but it doesn't works. it shows that phone has been updated but the problem remains same and even the phone book and messages does not get deleted. settings remains the same as it is before the update. so now i want the procedure through which i can fully reinstall my phone sotware by deleting the old existing software in my phone. please help me out
