I accidentally overwrite Nokia N95 phone data?

This may be a bit confusing (sorry)

I was trying back-up my Nokia N95 phone's data but I restore a old data from April 09, this overwrite and deleted all my phone data for the last 6 months.

What I need to know is, is there any way for me to get back the data I lost, the six months worth.

Thanks for any help, top points for the best answer/advice.
