how to unlock the security code of nokia 3500?

i found the noika 3500 in the park but its need security code to unlock & the IEMI is not printed at the backside of mobile plz help
mobile deatils are as follow

IC - 661U-RM272
TYPE- RM-272
MODEL 3500C
