i need to know how to format my nokia 5200 phone i got a 2 gb micro sd card with my phone pack but i can't format it and when i click it says memory card not formatted and then it says operation failed also when i go innto my items sometimes it doesn't show the memory card file i'm not sure if there is something wrong with the phone please help me

Take the memory card out, put it in your computer (you might need an adapter: standard/mini). Then go into the folder with windows and click Format
