free internet on my nokia 5220 ............ help?

how can i run free sufing , downloading ,uploading on my mobile free without any cost.........also in my mobile applications like download.com, flickr, operamini,search,widsets..yahoo go doesnt work at all.........there is an error message: verify from phone settings that an acess point is properly defined..................please tell me the perfect procedure for starting softwares and free internet................i am in great trouble..................
