Okay So I plan on getting the windows nokia lumia 521
and plenty of people have told me it sucks, that youre unable to download apps like you could on google play from android phones.

I wanna be able to download stuff like

Instagram
Kik
Text free
and Snapchat

but I heard you cant


and that its a bad phone
