what is the name of this rap song?

i have this song that i have always loved, but never known the actual name of it, or the rapper/group that sings it (it's not on itunes). i have typed in the lyrics on google and the song does not come up. so i need some help. also, it is not by P-Diddy or Ice Cube as some have suggested.

    it goes like this:

begins with shakers and an organ

hey yo we can't stop, won't stop never intend to
they feel [cant make out the rest of this line]
back to new york, all the shit that i've been through
some niggas say [hard to hear what comes next]

    then the chorus goes:

got me back on the block again, back with the rock again
watchin' cops again, [...] they got me back in this game
but i swear we all gonna be alright

    next couple of lines:

they said it can't be done, no one can do it
im straight off promo right back to it
[..] there's money in them streets, i gotta go persue it
[..] they say im slippin, that ain't no new shit

    thanks alot for your help

    Headphones

we can't stop won't stop, never intend to
they feel this style inside, they call it new-jitsu
back to new york, all the shit that i been through
some niggaz say they dogs but to me they just shi tzu's
i been zoomed down to thoughts and the issues,
all the principles, how to keep it official
cause you don't want no nigga have to grip that pistol
my Lord, the pistol turn dudes to fish food
these dudes want me lookin all miserable
don't want me gettin paper, go to Jakob and spend a few
i be in them interviews talkin how i spin in coupes
and how the tech'll spin a nigga like an interlude
fuck around i'll get you flat like an inner tube
pump you up to some of the shit i been through
so fall back baby, you can get a clear view
all of my life, how i've stared through a rear view

they got me back on the block again, back with the roc again, watchin for cops again, all about the profitin'
they got me back in this game again but i swear, we all gon be alright
i'm back on the block again, back with the roc again, watchin for cops again, all about the profitin'
they got me back in this game again but i swear, we all gon be alright

they said it can't be done, no one can do it
i'm straight off promo, right back to it
back to the booth where i gotta spit fluid
there's money in them streets, i gotta go pursue it
i'm the truest, you knew it, you knew that 9th produced this
soon as Guru looped it, the flow gets stupid
i'm sort of a live band cause my sound is acoustic
they ain't bitin the style, they wearin girdles to boost it
they say i'm slippin, that ain't no new shit
them numbers never lie so you can't refute it
and don't confuse them with none of the bullshit,
to the streets i'm tied like my mom was (??)
i couldn't fathom the sight of me losin
any malcom x boulevard i'm bout movement
i'm gettin money, i don't need your two cents
the structure been built way before the blueprint

they got me back on the block again, back with the roc again, watchin for cops again, all about the profitin'
they got me back in this game again but i swear, we all gon be alright
i'm back on the block again, back with the roc again, watchin for cops again, all about the profitin'
they got me back in this game again but i swear, we all gon be alright

yo it's M to the E M headed to the top with this
said there's niggaz on the Roc that'll rock with this
damn, that's the thanks i get? when you know i'm the one that started all this fuckin gangsta shit?
wylin out for no reason, smokin that reefer with ya heater
just me and (jeeter?) tag-teamin, beatin the beat up
rockin the cesar, pushin the two-seater with the (??)
biggest niggaz believers, now they hate us when they see us
in the grip, got four double-features
everybody got a guard dog, none of them leave us
this a gift from God, i don't know bout the preacher (?)
i fought for years, you watch me, i'll teach ya
i just got paid (dropped ___?), i'll admit it was a sleeper
everybody went out, copped it, now i'm beatin the streets up
put it in my hood, in two weeks it heats up
bleek done stepped up, but jay would never leave us

they got me back on the block again, back with the roc again, watchin for cops again, all about the profitin'
they got me back in this game again but i swear, we all gon be alright
i'm back on the block again, back with the roc again, watchin for cops again, all about the profitin'
they got me back in this game again but i swear, we all gon be alright

Thank you so much. A few notes:

    > to the streets i'm tied like my mom was (??)

That's "To the streets I'm tied like my mom was tubeses." Yup, a double plural on the word "tube". Tubes-es? Not sure how best to spell it. Like his mom had her tubes tied.

One of the greatest lyrics of all time. OF ALL TIME.

    > biggest niggaz believers, now they hate us when they see us

I think that's "niggaz didn't believe us, now they hate when they see us"

    > everybody got a guard dog, none of them leave us

Maybe you've got that right, but it sounds more like "none of them leased" to me.

Just a quick FYI - the fact that it begins with shakers and an organ hints that it's actually the Ratatat remix of Alright by Memphis Bleek. It's track 8 on Ratatat Remixes Vol. 2.
