Thread: What is this crackling and popping sound in my chest and throat when i breath out?

I hear this sound at the end of a breath,but it only seems to come when i lie down.It crackles like space dust,that has lodged at the top of my lungs and throat it is weird,it also feels like a piece of food has lodged deep down my throat top of lungs again and it is a bit sore.
