...trying to charge it? or add songs, when I plug it in it says "One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." I have an IBM ThinkPad laptop. I have a cord that is a 3.5mm headphone jack with a USB on the other end to charge it, add songs...ETC.
