my shoulder pops out alot and it hurts a little, Im 14?

I used to be able to pop it back in but now its harder. It happens alot on my golf swing and other things like that. Is it really bad, how do I stop it?

Its happened for about 3 years but now its worse

you should go see a doctor. you may need to have surgery to fix or adjust a tendon. make sure you get it checked.

you need to strengthen the surrounding muscles of your shoulder to support it so it doesn't pop out of place.

Your ligaments are stretched so it is poping in and out, other then surgery ( not necessarily needed) there is no way to fix it, but if you strengthen the surrounding muscles it will keep you shoulder in place.
