Okay, sometimes when i'm sleeping, or laying down or swimming, it'll feel like my calf muscle just popped out. And it literally does, i mean when i "massage" my leg while it popped it, i can feel it coming out from my bone (hard to explain)

but how do i stop this from happening besides drinking lots of water, cause i already do that.

and also, it still feels kinda soar, is it alright if i swim laps? or will it pop out quickly?


Cause ever since it popped during swimming, I can never swim as fast as i could before, because I'm afraid it'll pop out again.
