I sound like snap, crackle and definitely pop?
I gave birth 9 months ago. Since then, I've noticed that my hip bones pop, snap and crack constantly! I could be walking up the stairs and they make snap noises. I could stand up from being seated and they make loud pop noises. There isn't any pain accompanied with the popping and cracking, but I'm worried that maybe I will have problems in the future? Has this happened to anyone else? I'm concerned about this. --- Some quick background info: I gained about 25lbs during pregnancy (mostly all in my belly), I was the healthiest I've ever been and I walked 6 days a week for an hour per day.
