How do I change the secret question and/or the secret answer that pops up...
...when I forgot my password? I made my ID a long time ago, not recently.
I haven't lost my account informations. I know my password, I know the answer to the secret question. BUT I WANT TO CHANGE BOTH OF THEM! That's the problem..
If you have forgotten your yahoo password and personal information its not good news and the probability is you have lost that account and need to open a new one. If there was a easy fix it would be open to abuse from hackers. the password and password recovery rules are there to protect you.
