How can i open my iTunes music library when this dialog box opens "iTunes...
...has encountered a problem..."? i am trying to open my iTunes in my computer, i need to add songs. But, it won't open,instead, a dialog box saying "iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." appears. i believe that this dialog box is an error report. please help me with my problem, i can't imagine myself without my iTunes. i also don't want to lose all the songs and videos there. PLEASE HELP ME. I AM BEGGING YOU.
