    Where should I shoot?

Where or can I be able to shoot a movie in the 1940's? Could I go somewhere or should i use a green screen?

go to the oldest part of downtown where you live and shoot it there. And I'm sure you could find some people with old cars to park so that it seems older. Just a guess :P
