Thread: What's that Disney movie called about...?

A kid who found a book in a cavern OR a kid who went to the library and as soon as he opened the book, the world became animated and everything that was wrote on the book happens. Not sure if it's a Disney movie. I watched it when I was like 8 or 9 (in the late 90s). Anyone?
