Thread: What is the real ending of Halloween?

I downloaded Halloween and the ending it showed was Lumas and the girl thinking Michael is dead, gets in a police car and are relaxing when Michael smashes the window, pulls her out and holds her at knife point.

Lumas keeps the police from shooting him, and talks Michael into leting her go. But once he sets the knife down, the police shoot michael anyway.

It ends with the camera panning away from the body of Myers.

Is this the true ending? what is?
