Okay so this man who is like a messenger/mail person goes on a plane to deliver stuff. The plane crashes and he is the only survivor and he gets to an island. Packages float by and he opens them to use them. One of the packages had a basket ball and he named it Wilson. He eventually gets help from a cruise or some kind of ship.

That's all I can remember but I really want to watch that movie....
