How is Elena related to Jenna, Jeremy, John, Isobel and Katherine?

You want to know how is Elena related to Jenna, Jeremy, John, Isobel and Katherine?

I'll start with how Elena is related to Jenna:

Elena and her brother Jeremy are Jenna's niece and nephew. Jenna had an older sister Miranda and brother in law, Grayson Gilbert who died. She resides at the home of her late sister and brother-in-law with their orphaned daughter and son. She is also Elena's and Jeremy's guardian and aunt.

How Elena is related to Jeremy:

Elena and Jeremy are brother and sister, they were raised by the Grayson and Miranda Sommers Gilbert as siblings. In the episode 'Isobel' (season 1 episode 21) Damon reveals to Stefan that Jonathan Gilbert is Elena's biological father, which makes her and Jeremy cousins.

How Elena is related to John:

John Gilbert is Elena's uncle on her father's side. In the episode 'Isobel' (season 1 episode 21) Damon figures out that John had a relationship with Isobel when she was 15 and she got pregnant making John, Elena's biological father.

How Elena is related to Isobel:

Elena is the daughter of Isobel Flemming. Isobel had her when she was 15 and her father is John. She gave up Elena to the Miranda and Grayson Gilbert.

How Elena is related to Katherine:

Katherine Pierce (AKA Katerina Petrova) is Elena's doppelganger. The reason they both look so alike is because of the Sun and Moon curse. The shaman who cast the curse bound it by the sacrifice of Petrova blood. So like every witch's magic, the thing that seals the curse is also the only thing that can unseal the curse. The doppelganger was created as a way to be able to break the curse. Once the doppelganger reappeared, the curse could be broken. Kather,ine was a doppelganger of the sacrificed Petrova, making her the first Petrova doppelganger. Nonetheless, Katherine "died" when she was turned into a vampire, so she couldn't be used to break the curse. Before Katherine "died," she had a child which carried on the Petrova blood line for her, making Elena a descendant of Katherine and the next Petrova sacrifice. Elena is the second Petrova doppelganger which means the curse can now be broken with Elena's blood.
