The was this movie about a serial killer that would video tape his killings it seemed pretty scary in the previews but i don't remember it ever coming out and i cant remember the name. One of the scenes in the previews were him chasing this woman in her kitchen but it was in night vison lighting so it was green and black... she falls and thats all i can remember. any one have any ideas?
