I know this is old news, but it is about time a change is made.
Everytime I happen to change my television channels towards MTV, MTV2 or VH1 I find the shows are everything except music videos or anything music related at all. Usually some stupid reality show ,game show or something endorsing liberal hippie politics. If I happen to see anything music related on MTV, then it's just a short clip of hip-hop music.
Music TV is a misleading name and inaccurate these days along with VH1 Video Hits 1.
If they don't want to keep music videos and the main subject matter of their stations or if music videos aren't just made anymore then these stations should not advertise as such.
Does MTV now stand for MisleadingTV?
