I have been trying for more than a year now to find this one movie I saw part of. I don't remember much about it, but it is about some detectives looking for a guy who is cutting off people's limbs. All of the victims had the names of apostles from the bible and at some point we find out that the guy they are looking for is using the limbs to try to build Jesus. I think he kidnaps a baby near the end.

Does anyone have any idea what movie I am talking about? Thanks for your help.
