Thread: I already asked, but I'm asking again.?

I saw pieces of a movie a long time ago and can't figure out what it is...
It was from the 80's or 90's. I can only remember a few isolated scenes.
A boy catches his parents kissing, and I think his mother looks at him (it's very eerie, actually the whole films tone is odd)... someone or something falls into a pool of blood in slow motion, I believe it's the boy having a dream...
It seems like the mom wore dark lipstick and it got smeered really oddly (sounds weird, I know)...
The boy runs away at some point and his mom follows him in her car. He falls down a small hill to get away/not be found by her...
lol, sorry, didn't quite finish asking the question...

So... does this sound familiar? I don't have a clue who was in it, it was just such a weird movie and it's been driving me crazy.

It sounds like they are all tripping

i know this but i can't quite put my finger on what it is. I hope somebody else knows so they can help me out too or this will drive me nuts.
