Thread: HONESTLY... who really has the potential to succeed as an artist on American Idol?

i mean, let's be practical here, not every winner of 'idol world' is a success in the 'real world', i.e. taylor hicks. think about it, not according to who u just love, or who u think is 'soooo cute'

David Archuleta because the purity in his voice, along with his vocal range and his connections to the songs is amazing. And he deserves it the most considering everything he's been through with his vocal paralysis. People keep saying that he sings the same songs every week, well then how come it doesn't have the same lyrics? And people keep saying that he sings only ballads (which he doesn't), well David Cook only sings rock! It's just their style. The only thing David Cook has against Archie is stage presence, and you don't need that on a CD, now do you?
