CBC played this movie a few times years ago. Im thinking there were subtitles.

Its about a women hired as a teacher or tutor and while she is teaching she notices the kid looking at her legs and she lets him look up her dress.(i think he was in the bath at the time) I think they fell for each other then they got caught or she called it off.
