does anyone know why gerry in corrie still has his ex wifes son finlay he had him in the beginning because she had gone away and left him home alone but why has he still got him?

Don't know. That family are sooo boring though and bring nothing to the show. There's no point of them!

I vaguely think it was something to do with the lad wasn't being looked after properly by the mother and she went off angry after they said this too her and the lads been there ever since.
