Thread: can anyone help me figure out the title to this movie?

i saw this movie a while ago and i want to see it again but i cant remember the name, it was about a woman who puts ads in a newspaper looking for new roommates. she ends up killings the roommates and writing another ad in the newspaper. one part of the movie the woman went into the bathroom and started cutting her face or something, and in the bathroom mirror you can see a demon or something. this obviously was a kinda scary movie and i hope some one can help me firgure out the name, which i think starts whith an "A".
